The viscoplastic constitutive model of TC4 alloy under high temperature

چکیده

TC4 alloy is widely used in the high temperature environment. This paper proposed an ununified viscoplastic constitutive model according to uniaxial creep experiment and tensile of alloy. The inelastic strain rate was decomposed into two parts: plastic rate. calculated by multiaxial ductility exhaustion damage law, get from yield function containing kinematic hardening effect. implicit stress integration algorithm consistent tangent modulus this were derived. material constants determined using genetic algorithm. compiled a UMAT subroutine finite element software Abaqus 3D eight nodes isoparametric brick employed simulate behavior Form result, can predict three stages curves softening stage accurately.
